Shapes, forms, colours and their interaction fascinated me since childhood. Their language and ways of communicating with us and that subtle connection established individually, made me experiment in few mediums including light. Communication and function for purpose, even with experimental concepts, are aspects I take into consideration almost intuitively when designing. And I guess it is just a matter of considering functionality as a pre-requisite condition of any object and making that object matter that could end this era of throw away ‘merchandise’.
